What We Do

Collaborative Housing

Our residents enjoy living in the heart of our residential communities, in semi-private bedrooms,  and benefit from affordable costs achieved by pooling and sharing expenses and living arrangements.

Supportive community

Residents don’t have to fight addiction alone!  Our community of like-minded people who are helping each other recover from this disease is a vital part of achieving long term recovery.  Moreover, we assist our residents to actively build a network of sponsors, counselors, therapists that will have a positive impact on their journey.

Structured program

Our program is a set of proven best practices that will structure day-to-day life of our residents.  They engage in a 12-Step program, participate in regular community meetings, attend coaching sessions, perform house chores and learn how to be a productive and accountable member of a community.  At first, residents schedule is micromanaged, and as they demonstrate accountability, they gain more independence.

Safe environment

In order to maintain a safe environment for everyone our organization has adopted the code of ethics as defined by National Alliance for Recovery Residences (NARR).  Also, our residents must abide by our house’s rules and expectations in order to promote mutual respect and develop once self-worth.  In particular, we foster a Zero tolerance for illicit products, violence, bigotry, and such harmful behaviors.
